A little late updating!

Sorry that is has been a while. We have been pretty busy!! Peyton still only has 2 teeth, she is working on more though, but still not too fussy. She is also trying to crawl, she gets up on all fours and rocks back and forth and then either nose plants into the floor or goes backwards!! Then she will just look at us with a "What just happened here?" look! Too cute. I also noticed over the weekend that she is trying to pull herself up! Sometimes I think that I am ready for her to be crawling and walking and other times she wears me out so much just playing and rolling that I'm really not to sure about that!! Papa Bob went to Walmart a couple weeks ago and got Peyton some Nascar Buddies (little dogs dressed like Jr and Stewart that plays music) the stewart dog plays "Bad to the Bone" she likes it but it isn't fast paced enough for her, she LOVES the Jr. dog, it plays "I can drive 55" (don't know if thats really the name or not) but she dances like crazy to it. She gets her little feet going and then she starts rocking back and forth (she sits up to dance to them) it's really cute, I will have to try to record it and post it on here! She is also starting to dance while she's standing, and not only does she "bounce" up and down she will stop dancing, look around, and start shaking her little butt!!! TO CUTE!! Does she really have teeth?

YES!! Peyton has 2 teeth now. The first one came around her 6 month b-day and the second popped through Tuesday/Tuesday night sometime. The good thing is, she hasn't really been too crabby or fussy, she will wake up in the middle of the night but as soon as we go in to her room to check on her she is back to sleep!! Lets hope this keeps up!! Well, I can't think of anything else to write so I will blog again when something else comes up!! Hope you all have a great weekend!

Catching up

Hello everyone. I have decided that we will blog once a week to keep everyone updated with what is going on in our lives.

Peyton is already 6 months old. I can't believe she is that old, oh how time flies. At her 6 month appointment she was hitting all the milestones that she should be, plus some. She weighed in at 16 lbs, 9 oz and she is 26 1/4 inches long. She is now sitting up by herself, rolling all over the place, playing with all her toys and she is really into clothes. She has to check out what each person is wearing before she will continue to play.

We are currently designing our house that we hope to start building in the near future. Jeffrey's deadline is Peyton's 1st birthday, July 2, so we hopefully will be done by then. We have pretty much every room in the house designed, paint colors picked out, and have an idea as to how we want it set up. We have a couple more things to line out before we start, but if anyone wants to help us build it let us know. We are planning on building everything ourselves with the help of friends and family.
